I'm a longtime lurker, newly registered, and a FAL guy for the most part. I'm real interested in your Bushmaster .308, though, but I haven't bought one yet because of the following reasons. You could call this a wish list, of sorts, of things that are keeping me from plunking down $1500+ on your fine products...
1. Chrome Lined Chambers and Barrels. I don't need 1/4-MOA accuracy. I need enhanced reliability in extraction and resistance to fouling. 1.5 MOA is plenty accurate for me.
2. Collapsible Stock. I saw your prototype at SHOT 2005, so I know that it's on the way. I just want it now.
3. .308 Dissipator upper. I love the concept of short barrel and long sight radius.
4. Flattop uppers paired with standard front sights. I've found that front sights take a lot of abuse, and prefer something solid up front. Flattop would give me better Rear BUIS and scope options.
Thanks for listening.
