First off I ordered a Complete Billet lower w/ ELPK last week. Cant wait for that to come in :)

Any way, so I was browsing around the Equipment Exchange and found a member selling a brand new Spikes Billet Biohazard upper.
Since spikes have been sold out of the uppers for a while, I figured why not so I purchased the upper from the forum member.

It came in today and looks amazing, just as he advertised.

I remember reading on Spikes site that the Billet uppers come with a M4 cut feed ramp. I was taking a better look at it and well this upper doesn't have the M4 ramp cuts on it. :(
When did Spikes sell the Billets with out the M4 cuts?

I ordered a barrel with an M4 extension. Which I know will be "OK" but this kinda sucks, I would prefer that it matches.
Is it easy to replace the Barrel Extension, should I?

Checked with Tom for you and he said call the shop tomorrow between 9am-12pm & 1pm-5pm Eastern Time to get it RMA'd. Spike's will replace it for you. Just so you know, the billet uppers are a few weeks away from coming back in stock so you won't get a replacement immediately but it will ship once they arrive.

And that is why I LOVE this company!!! I will definitely call him tomorrow... :)

Yesterday (Sunday) I sent an email inquiring about a part, I figured Id get a reply back Monday morning...
Nope a few hours later on a Sunday night I got a reply back. Totally caught me by surprise.
I obviously dont expect to always get replies back during closed hours like that but it was pretty neat.
