I'm trying to determine the highest bullet weight I can use for hunting/self defense in my Stag 2T carbine (16" barrel, 1/9 twist). I've read where some rifles with the same barrel length and twist rate can handle up to the Hornady 75 grain tap, but others cannot, it just depends on the particular rifle. I wanted to see any input or real world results from some fellow Stag owners. For heavy bullets, I would consider 2 MOA or under acceptable, not looking for match accuracy here, just minute of man/medium game out to 200 yards. Thanks!
