AVOID THIS COMPANY. They do not answer emails or phones. Try to call them yourself. Horrid business practices. I have been waiting for my order for 16 days. Cannot get a hold of them. AWEFUL, AWEFUL COMPANY. Don't believe me? Check their online reviews lately...
Well, I'll hold judgement 'till I get my issue resulved, or not. I have placed 3 orders. The first oone was a few months ago when they had the 30rnd GI mags for like $6, I ordered 40, got them quickly, no problem. Now I placed 2 orders right around christmas I think, the XD mags and then I decided to buy 2 Blackhawk lights, both orders took 2 weeks to get, the lights were all packaged nice in a box, perfect, the 8 of the 10 mags I ordered showed up in a crappy old bag all wrapped to shit with tape.
Logic:
2 flashlights go in big box full of packing material.
guy orders 10 mags, put 8 in an envelope/bag.

I like 'em. They fit in a 1" ring, or 1" light mount. They have a heavy solid aluminum body. I will say the same thing that everybody in the reviews said; they are large, heavy and not as bright as they claim*. I think they say over 200 lumens? I estimate 70 to 100 lumens. Still plenty bright for CQB, especially since it cost $20. Time will tell regarding durability. I really like the switch to. You rotate it so when you click the tail cap it does what you want, none a this shit, bright one click, strobe the next!
BTW, this is the model I bought: BLACKHAWK! Night-Ops Legacy Tactical Handheld Light L-2A2
They run on AA batteries wich is awsome, IMO. I can buy QUALITY AAs for like 60 for $30 locally and don't have to worry about lithiums blowing up, venting with flame and burning down my house!
* they claim 200 lumens. My TLR1s seems way brighter. These seem more like my Streamlight Scorpion (xenon bulb), wich I think is 70 lumens. In all fareness it could be that these lights have more of a flood beem and don't shoot as far.... could be?
