I'm sure they are busy, but you'd think it would make it out the door less than 3 days after shipping tag was created. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this...they are usually pretty fast with shipping.

Apparently shipping notifications are given... THEN they wait to get picked and sent. Kinda odd but I guess they are just really backed up.

Haven't noticed that but FedEx Ground is asking twice as long to get to Texas as USPS did.

I'm in the same boat. Have a tracking number but still isn't showing as picked up. Heck, had I known it was going to take longer than a day as all my other orders took that long (Same state) I would have picked it up today or tomorrow from the shop, lol.

Given the number of sales we had online during the holiday weekend, we processed orders (and shipping labels) and are moving as quick as we can on shipping. Appreciate everyone's patience and understanding.

I got a tracking number monday and it actually shipped yesterday. I don't know why my orders from rainier get across the country to me in 2 days but when I order from noveske it takes them closer to 2 weeks after it ships to get here (both usps)
Hopefully it will get here by saturday, I just checked my tracking and its already in Indianapolis, I'm ready to try out the xtc I got an awesome deal on. ![]() |

Package finally moving... ordered on Black Friday, gonna be here Dec. 11th. Not tragic, but boy do they need to start working weekends or something over there. Out of 12 retailers I ordered from that day, this is a solid 5 days behind everyone else. Amazon is spoiling us all with their shipping, lol. Ironically, the BCM upper I ordered from them is made about 45 minutes from me, got sent to WA now is slowly moving back this direction. It's -12 out right now, I guess I'm not gonna be shooting today anyway.

I've been reading this site for years and finally signed up due to wanting to know if I'm getting ripped... I've read a lot about Rainier Arms and have heard good things, but starting to wonder. I ordered a product on the 5th, they took my money on the 6th and I promptly got notice that my product "had shipped" with a disclaimer at the bottom of the page that it may have or may not have actually shipped... WTF's with that? Which one is it? As a business why send out a notice that a product has shipped when it actually hasn't? I also ordered that day from Joe Bob's, Brownells, Amazon and Spikes... I've received all my stuff and I even got my stuff from Spikes - imagine that!!! Joe Bob really impressed me with their shipping, on par with Amazon.
So I know you guys are busy (Rainier), but why send out a notice of shipment, take my money, then let it sit in your warehouse? I could see 3-4 days before being fulfilled, but using the excuse "that you're busy" doesn't cut it. It's not like these are unforeseen events (Black Friday, Christmas), management should have hired some temp help like every other retailer out there to keep customers happy and returning thus spending their money with you. You guys are generating a ton of revenue and margin, how much does it really affect overhead with a few more guys in shipping? Just a thought... |

A number of folks will testify to the fact of our fast processing and shipping. We've been a business built on integrity and outstanding customer service. I'm sorry that you weren't satisfied because your order wasn't out the door in the time you thought it should. Certainly we anticipated being busy during the holidays, we weren't blind to that. Our employees were/are working 12 hour days in an attempt to get orders out the door. We don't go the route of temporary help, only because we want to ensure all orders are accurate and handled with care. Temporary workers, in our mind, would only aggravate the situation. I see that my order went out this morning. Thank you and maybe next time I'll order at a time that is less busy... I still have my eye on one of your Ultra Match barrels as I hear they are fantastic. I also want a charging handle to compare to my BCM ambi!!! They are hard to find right now though so that tells you something (they must be good). I saw some on Amazon, but they appear to be counterfeit per some of the postings... Anyhow, I'm glad my item finally went out and I'm sure you know most of us here are just excited to get our new toy from you guys. I suppose in some ways it's like dealing with a bunch of kids!
