i bought several stg mags and several of the korean fal mags , for the 15$ on the korean mags they are not a bad mag, the parkerizing is heavy which is good if youare going to repaint them with alumahyde2 as i did, it makes them sort of tuff to load as the park finish is just as heavy onside as outside the mag body , and the mag lock areas are a bit different on the koreans as many have posted about on fal files etc . this could make a difference in fal rifles but as for the lar 8 i tested several of the mags with several types of ammo just for functioning, 168 bthp, 150 ball even a few rounds of wolf steel case, all had flawless feeding from the korean mags in my a2. did not test for accuracy at that point , just for feeding and extraction. the korean mags will loosen up some on the internal park finish with usage but it still can make them feel very dry when trying to load..so far so good with the mags ..
