Anyone going to get that fixed? Is it off the hook? Broken? People calling non-stop?
I've tried since early this morning, and for like the last 3 days. Never once actually rang. Got a double CC charge I need to have addressed and an ammo order I'd like to place. How do we get a human on the tele? And yes, I understand you're slammed....just can't figure why I'm like 0 - 25 in my calls to AIM. |

Check their website. They were going to have a day that they didn't answer any phones so they could get caught up on shipments... I think it was today...

I've tried the 10th, 11th as well as today. 3 days of busy signals. No luck with email either. Just trying to figure out a way to get through to them. |

Strong reputation for a quality staff and products. But 3 straight days without being able to get through by phone or email? They clearly need the help. I'm sure I'll eventually get through. |

I can't wait to place my first order with AIM but i have been trying all day monday, tuesday and today.

You guys we have 8 employees answering 6 lines that ring as soon as you hang one of them up. I don't know what else we can do. Sorry for the inconvenience. Keep trying though, thousands of people are getting through daily.

YES!!!!! finally after many days and no BS about 1000 trys i finally heard a ring and heard a sweet voice on the other end of the line.

I've tried ~6-10 times a day for the past week. I've yet to get through a single time out of 50 or so attempts.
I put you guys on my #7 speed dial and call whenever I have a break in my work/school. No dice. It's very frustrating, and I understand you guys are mobbed, but god damn. |

Every time I see the AIM Surplus logo I am reminded of the times that I ordered 1000 rd cases of BF Port 308 delivered for $135.00 Man that was some great ammo. I still have about 700 rds of my last case left for "special occassions."
I got laid off the same day that I was about to order 5 cases of the Russian 5.45X39mm ammo. I almost pulled the trigger anyway. I guess I should have all things considered. AIM is a great vendor and I look forward to doing more business with them when the sun starts shining at Hebrew Hacienda again. |
