I have a Spikes lower that is way out of spec. It's not even close. Its a model SL15.
Who made these for you?
I wish to send it back for either a replacement or if its gonna be to long time, a refund will be fine.
I have 3 other branded spikes lowers that are acceptable but not truly up to my standards.

1) buffer tube is way off center. If needed I will measure it.
2) all the holes and slots should have been another .025 to .030 further back.
Since the start point was incorrect nothing lines up as it should on the forging.

Will the part still work...yes. Does it look correct...no. I don't even need to measure
anything to tell its a mile off.

Again I ask...who actually made these for you? I want to be sure I don't buy anything from
that manufacture. This receiver is a SL15.

How would you like to proceed?

Just an FYI for everyone looking in should they ever need to return a firearm to any manufacturer:

Any person can ship a firearm to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, and the manufacturer can send a replacement directly to them:

18 U.S.C. 922(a)(2)(A)

licensed importer, licensed manufacturer,

I wonder why he bought 4 lowers from Spike's if they were not up to his standards?

I'm a novice, but the guys at the gunstore where I picked up my lower were really impressed with Spike's product.

Something tells me this guy has some other agenda going on here, or else he would have just accepted getting a new lower from Spike's

Oh, and by cutting it up there is no way to prove it was even out of spec in the first place - good thinking there, covering his tracks

Come one man, if you had done ANY reading on the board you would have known that Spike's is an FFL...I think you were just looking for an excuse to be the center of attention - you wrote in your first post that you "have 3 other branded spikes lowers that are acceptable but not truly up to my standards" WTF is that? I would think if you have that many that aren't up to your "standards" that you would have gone elsewhere after the second purchase.
