i'm planning to go saturday if i don't end up going to LA.

I am going. RK Shows does a great job. Also, I don't think there is another RK Show untill early summer 06' April?

I'm going to the Reno/Sparks Crossroads show tomorrow.

How does this show compare to the Big Reno show?

I'm looking for Uzi, AR, and maybe FAL mags.

You know whats funny? I was getting pretty disappointed with the gunshows in town and I said I wasn't going back. Now that Im deployed here to Kyrgyzstan, now I kind of miss them. I guess its just a cruel vicious cycle. Now Im sure when I get back I'll go back out again like the hopeless fool I am and go back to the gun shows when i get home again.

Got there just before 9. Picked up some ammo for Vegas_SMG's Uzi

and some more 22lr. Got a few rifle bags, a pistol range bag and some ammo cans.

Next RK show (the only one worth going to IMO) is March 18-19/06. Good show though...lots of tables. On par with the last RK show.

If you are going to find some deals on 7.62x39 you won't find any. Milwal had the HP Wolf for $169 plus tax. You can order the same (or FMJ) for $149 delivered from Ammoman.com and pay NO tax.

Joeken had AK receiver in the following flavors: no trunion holes, standard Romy trunion holes and AMD-65 side folder.

Black Rifle Armory had NIB FN Patrol Bolt rifles for under $500

Citadel had a HUGE amount of guns available and some really priced right. If it weren't Christmas nex week I would have picked up the Isreali HB FAL. They also had a semi-auto Browning 1919A4.

If you looking for M1A-M14 mags the place is swamped with fakes,make sure you look them over!.

I only found 2 tables selling real ones.

And a note of caution,Citadel has M1A-M14 mags marked BRW S-1 that are NOT USGI mags.

On that note, the head guy from Miwall did say that they expect a lot more 7.62x39 by February, so we should see the prices start coming back down when that happens.

Oh yeah, the olives were pretty good at that booth by the steel targets. Had to get some of those for martinis, too.
