OK in the spirit of the 4 th what does everyone have on the q now I have a large brisket and 2 pork buts that are going to be for pulled pork up next is 6 racks of ribs then hot dogs and hamburgers. the hamburgers are for the hamburger challenge that we are having so what else does everyone have

Nothing in the BBQ, but 2 chickens, some sausage and a pork shoulder in the smoker.

6 racks of ribs in now however is is starting to rain now I just hope it stops in time for the bbq I have a ton of food cooked

Baby Back Pork Ribs.
They've been in the smoker for almost seven hours now.
I'm about to mop them them let them go another 30 minutes and chow down!!!
Gonna be GOOD!

Solo 4th for me this year so I grilled up a nice pair of 1/2 lb Angus burgers with some bacon wrapping, and an ear of sweet corn. Then I sat on my porch and enjoyed round 2 of the rainstorms here in Tucson - hard to beat a 4th of July with a high temperature under 80!
