Waiting on a 16" 6.8 SPC AR15 barrel--and bolt--with midlength gas system turned from a Rock Creek stainless steel match grade blank. It's three or four weeks out. I have everything else to build the upper including a few 10 rd mags, 500 pcs of brass and bullets.

Turning 21 in less than a month.
Want to get a 1911, but I think that might be out of my price range so I might end up with a Glock. |

Go with your heart buy the 1911! I picked up a brand spankin new Springfield GI model for $389. That's the price of a used G-lock |

im pretty JAZZED about receiving the G23, next on my list will be another 1911. this time i want a high end model with front strap checkering and bomars, thinking about a s/a trophy match or a kimber team match with the usa grips, tough decision but price will dictate

Look for the GI model. I got mine onsale at Reeds up here in San Jose when the Springfield reps stopped by for a couple of days. I think they travel around from gun shop to gun shop so you never know they might be in your area. I've seen a couple of them used in the EE too. |
