Q: who had the Mosin Nagant® listed up on the EE a couple of months ago w/ ammo? I can't find it by doing a search on the board.

thanks for the link 2whiskeyP; but that wasn’t the (1) I was referring to … the one I saw on the WAHTF-Search; was a WTT for an AR15 Upper Halve.

yes that was the one; thanks Clown_Gun; as I was using the WAHTF search link when I saw it listed before; and once the Ad falls off the (1) page; I don’t know how to search the archives.

no sudden renewed interest really; but I was in the DFW area for a week, and I was looking around for a cheap (inexpensive) long gun for my son-in-law, and most of the Nagants and Yugoslavian® SKS’s were way over priced; as the Cabelas in Ft. Worth had the SKS’s retailing at $365ea. and the Nagants were listed at $200 for an M91/30

yeah I got that link sent to me via an IM from a friend, and it’s a good price on them; and I never had a C&R license; but I did have an FFL for nearly ten years; but gave it up after J. Hinckley shooting and the Brady bill fiasco.

no I didn’t …as SkilletsUSMC was looking exclusively for a ‘Trade Deal’ and did not list an ‘outright’ purchase price on his M44; and besides that; I’d prefer to get my son-in-law an M91/30 rifle w/ accessories; as they’re a bit more user friendly at the muzzle-end, with the longer barrel.
