I would contend that NYC runs neck and neck with Chicago, likewise across their respective States there is bleed-over....We've said this for decades, yet somehow the same cronies keep getting re-elected  re-appointed every cycle....When they finally run it into the ground, the only opposition demonstrated in the street as it were, will come from the FSA in the form of riots, burning, looting, then they'll send in the Police, and then the National Guard where sideways will turn into a power slide and those "in charge" will point the finger at everyone that's not of their Party and everything that's wrong with everyone else.
Somewhere, there's always a written account of what really  happened leading up to and after such events. Revisionists place their spin on it in accordance with those dictating the scenario.   Clearly, when one starts reading and researching the Historical events a pattern emerges; the answers to which isn't elusive, only unpalatable.  

The people not paying the corruption fees keep picking the people that assess the corruption fees.  Pretty simple.  If you're not a homeowner, business owner, or someone who pays income tax, then you keep the gravy train coming.
