how do i remove a pinned and welded flash suppressor from my ar.

Dremel with cutoff wheel and cold chisel generally.  The muzzle device will not survive the operation but saving the barrel threads is more critical.

Sorry, i read "clipped and pinned" in the topic.  I thought we were talking about G-3s.

Now i back out inconspicously.......
