Anyone on here own, or know anything further of note about these .22 pistols. The club i belong to is considering a semi auto .22 pistol and the other on the market (also by the same company) is a little expensive for our wallet). i am trying to find out more info to see if its a good move, or if we should wait longer. General concenus on the commity is to go for a semi, not the revolver or single shot UK legal pistols.

Thanks

Matt

It's not a pistol, its a rifle by very definition of the law. Otherwise it wouldnt be legal would it...

I shoot one regular, and it's a very good pistol/Rifle

It has a 12" barrel and the obligitory bar attached to the grip, but it still has it's stock which fits over the bar to use it as a rifle.

They didnt ban pistols, they banned firearms under 60.5cm in total length with barrels less than 30cm, and any "Self Loading Rifled gun over .22" as it used to be " self loading rifle over .22" thats why we cant have our favorite old semi auto pistol with a 12" barrel and a wrist brace :(

so calling it a pistol doesnt matter, its a legal item,

as for the buckmark i know it well, nice gun, dont like the fact you need tools to strip it though,

I like it, shame it's so pricey.

I was in the market for one of the Buckmarks that Alan Westlake produces, but am waiting to see if Mousegunner-UK can come up with his option!

UK Guy-

So you can have a pistol thats got a minimum 12" barrel and a min OAL of 24".

Hmmm yes, I can see why you call it a pistol. Very 'pistoly'
