So far, a nice bottle of Turkey 101 & a Walmart gift card. More to come later this evening. By far the best gift to myself was a week from work to spend with my wife and kids.

If you need any help with that 101, I could trade out for helping me watch my new igrill thermometer on my smoker!!  Not much better than good bourbon and watching the smoker work its juicy magic.

Not a lot of money around here so I insisted that no one give me expensive gifts (actually I said 'any' gifts, but I knew better ).

I got:

A VuPoint handheld document scanner (too expensive but you can't tell Mama anything)
8GB microSD card (for scanner)
A "Ted" DVD.
AirHog Wind Flyer (battery powered airplane).
A coffee mug.
A set of tortilla bowl molds (as seen on TV!).

Got for myself, but can't get out of layaway for a couple more weeks: 4" Smith & Wesson Model 29-2 .44 Magnum, made in 1972.

She was rewarded with all sorts of wifey-related gifts and the kids made out like bandits.

Now she's busy in the kitchen putting together Christmas dinner (ham and all the fixin's).

Nice. I used a Mesa 1990 - 93. It was the most interesting amp I have ever used but the controls drove our roadies nuts. You need a pilots license just to turn it on.

I got a grill w a smoker. And a boat.  I was so excited about the boat, I went straight to the lake and put it in. I took all my weapons with me because with pirates and stuff, you can't be too careful.  I brought ALL mi high cap mags, too, just to be safe.  Apparently, all those mags and guns were too much weight for the boat.  It sunk to the bottom within minutes with all of the mags and guns aboard.  Such a sad Christmas.

I'm gonna go grill something now to ease the pain...

Right now that is the beauty of buying a new gun. They usually come with a couple of those elusive high cap mags. Nice score.

Got little bit of money from others, not much.

Bought myself a P01 (I think it might be at the gunshop waiting on me) and fiancee kind of bought me a 75BD (hasn't processed yet).  I actually used a gift card she gave me last year or the year before (can't remember) and I have been holding on to.
