BeerSlayer, you might want to check out that "other" board.  The subject of Tony comes up once in a while.

Oh no.
Not Tippie.

I met the man once... he was at a range in GA test-firing a customer's gun. He had it laid sideways on his lap pulling the trigger. Rounds were hitting less the 20 feet out from the benches, digging trenches in the dirt on a 100 yard rifle range. People were looking at him, but they didn't say anything to him. I suppose that's because he was still "the man" at that point in time. I wondered at that point what kind of guy he was...
OTOH, his wife seemed like a genuinely nice, agreeable individual.

I hope you get some traction on this one soon.

Yeah, don't mention Tippie around TBS, good way to get him fired up.

I'm sorry to hear that it looks like Mguntony has disappeared on you. You have had some SHITTY luck lately. Is there any way to reclaim your $200 on the tax stamp for a product that has not been delivered, or use that stamp on another silencer? Probably not but just a thought...

For $200 and the other costs, I would get in my car and drive to his home

Beer Slayer, if you ask about him on Subguns, you will get some responses, I'm sure.  He seemed like a nice guy to me, but I never bought anything from him.

Don't know what kind of responses you'll get, but I'm sure you'll get quite a few.  I'm sure someone has the skinny on what's going on with him.

I'm glad you heard from him, and saddened to hear of the recurrance.  I have only met him a few times, but he has always struck me as a pie of a guy.  May this be over soon and favorable for all involved.

+1 any guy that lets you dump a mag of his own ammo out of his M-14 gets kudos.  The meds may have his memory a little whacked or something, Beer.

Hey Guys,
Had to jump in on this one.
I have known Tony for a decade
He was around and help us when Jon and I started the FOP Range Inc.
He is good to go if its in his control
If its out of his control , its in Gods hands
I've trusted him with a lot more than a few bills in the past.
Have Faith
Tony Snyder (still in Iraq and kicking)
