sent off my paperwork to WV.  I've decided to become a stamp collector.  sent off my trust docs and form 1s today---we'll see how long it actually takes(if I didn't screw something up).  I'll be sending my stuff out for engraving soon, so once i get my stamps i can pay for my uppers and them go make some noise.  should take something like 30 days---we'll see

I'm relatively new to the EBR disease.

What are these legal stamps of which you speak?

I think that they are referring to an SBR (Short Barrel Rifle - less than 16 inches) tax stamp.

How did you set up your living trust as I have been thinking about going SBR also?

From what I have been reading you can set up a trust and use that on your form 1 instead of submitting as an "individual." This way you do not need passport photo's, a CLEO signature or finger prints to get your NFA items.

Good info compiled in the Oregon HTF regarding trusts of course YMMV given it's another state but it's a place to start.
