Is it ok to post a link in a hometown topic to an ad in the equipment exchnage.  I am asking because I am selling something in SC and would like to draw attention from Carolina people to the ad.  Let me know if you know.

Nope, advertising in HT is verbotten. Thanks for asking though. Since you mentioned it everyone will now probably go check the local EE search.
