Is it legal in Florida to ship a lower receiver to a FL citizen without an FFL as long as the person provides concealed carry permit info/DL # etc.?I believe it is but want to make sure.

TAG..good news..There has been misconceptions about this. Glad its cleared up. Personally I would only do this (to an individual) that you know and trust.
