We are hosting a three gun match on Sept. 19th.  This will consist of you using all three of your guns on the one long extended course of fire at the same time. This is set up as a Hogan’s ally style. You will have to engage all targets including the ones in the shoot house. Cost is $20.00 for the day. Bring lots of ammo and something to sling you carbine with and hold all of you spare mages and shot gun ammo. Hear is how it works:

If you count all the shots with no misses it looks like this
Shot gun 25
Pistol 24
Rifle 18 but there tuff shots

You start by:

1 placing your carbine unloaded over you shoulder with a sling and clips in your mag pouch or clip holder
2 placing unloaded pistol in you're holster and enough clips to make it though
3 load your shot gun and get ready to start
4 at the start tone take out all of the shot gun targets, all gray while moving along the marked lane, these consist of a dulling tree (6 paddles) ;  8 spring paddle targets ; 20 racked plates.
5 place empty shoot gun in safety tube.
6 transition to pistol and load this is done in the yellow area of the map.
7 engage all pistol targets these are all black. These consist of; 8 full size pepper poppers; 2 four plate racks; 2 five plate racks.
8 unload and place pistol in safety tube.
9 transition to rifle and load.
10 engage all rifle targets, this will const of 6 clay targets in the lane and 12 rifle steel targets out in the normal rifle field.
11 clear carbine, pistol, shot gun.
12 help place targets back up.
13 don’t discus tactics with others on the best way to do this. Keep it fair for others.
14 do not shoot at anything but the targets.
15 have fun !

This is the first time that we are going to incorporate a shoot house with all three guns at once. There are two yellow ropes on the ground that simulate a side walk, you must stay in this side walk and follow it to the end.
When you get to the transition points (two of them in yellow on the map and caution tape on the coarse) you must empty you gun and place the safety on and open the action before placing in the tube, if this is not done you will get a disqualification on your card. There are no walk troughs on this course for target engagement but there is a safety walk through and this is done as a group to make sure every one is on the same page. This is set up to be like a riot and you must make it from one end to the other.

THE SHOOT HOUSE IS OFF LIMMITS TO EVEREY ONE NO EXEPTIONS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is for safety and I ask that you please respect this or you will be asked to leave, no warnings and no excuses!!!

The only persons who can enter are the safety offices and the person competing at that time
Your first run through will be you timed for rankings after that you may go through as many times as you want. Shooters that have not been timed will have priority over those who have gone through already.

Most state posts, you see guys looking for 3 gun matches and there are 2 in two days within 80 miles of each other this weekend.
With all the shooters at Tusco, Ashland Lake and Green Port, you would think there would be some chatter............
I looking forward to an bang bang weekend.

Unfortunately, both are on Sunday, which forces you to choose one to go to.

Remember to bring a sling and some type of pouch to hold pistol clips and shot gun shells and two rifle mags. You will be using all three guns at once and won’t be allowed to stage these things on this shoot.  The shoot house will be up rain or shine along with our100% steel target course. All of these are air operated, spring reset or rope reset. This will allow for the fast turn around that you expect from our set ups. The course will take longer to shoot than for us to reset, so make sure you bring lots of ammo so you can shoot all day. This course is going to be about 300 yards long and use the whole lower part of the range so make sure you bring water and proper attire. We hope to see you there and remember to sign up for our mailing list there so that we can let you know about up coming events. Thanks, Bulletcamp
