So the word is that they go on sale this Saturday. Support your local scout troop and munch down on some delcious cookies. I use to spend hours selling boxes of cookies to raise enough points for summer camp. It was fun and sure dad sure did help out a lot taking the order list to work.

Those young Girl Scouts better avoid most to these perverts unless they have their dad with them.
Without naming names, you know who you are, Rat.

Are these cookies made out of real girl scouts......The artificial kind leave a nasty taste in my mouth.  Nothing like fresh baked girlscouts in my opinion!!!!!!

My daughter and I will be out hitting the neighborhood's starting tomorrow. I think it's a worthy cause. After older brothers success with popcorn sales this past year, we hope to do well.

I usually end up with 5 or 6 boxes. Hard to say no to the kids.

I've been "boy scouting"! Selling beef jerky, beef sticks and popcorn.

We used to buy the girl scout cookies, but I don't think any girl scouts exist in the area anymore.

On average I would buy about 100 boxes but maybe not this year. Maybe . . . .

If anyone of you guys have a daughter in the OKC/Edmond area selling LMK and maybe we can help each other.

And no I dont normally eat them all. I used to ship quite a few over to APO addresses.

Babygirl is a Junior this year, and is selling cookies right now. This year their "Gift of Caring" project is to donate the extra boxes sold to troops overseas through the Blue Star Mothers.

Poor kid has to sell over 300 boxes this year so she'll have enough cookie credit to pay for summer camp.

She could probably sell that many here on the HTF

Hell yeah. Too bad the rules and regs prohibit selling them on the net.

I have been busy, Dan, but I've checked in here from time to time.

I just couldn't remember my login for the longest time. I finally found my list of passwords again yesterday, and thought I'd say hi.

Yeah, there's definitely a rule about not being allowed to sell girl scout cookies over the internet.

Too bad for y'all. The Girl Scout Cookies this year are delicious. Made with real Girl Scouts...

The place is better with you here, Sister.
I know this place doesn't allow you to sell cookies over the webiste, but I'm sure someone who bought a large number of your daughter's girl scout cookies might even get some of your home made cookies free.
To find out, all someone would have to do is IM you, right?

It's actually a Girl Scout rule, too. Can't advertise them online, but upon further clarification, I (she) can sell them to people we actually know in any way we choose. So yeah, Dan, if you're interested in some homemade cookies send me an IM.

Sister, I'm really on a fairly strict diet - no sweets of any kind. Maybe a fruit bar. My wife brought home 10 boxes of the mint cookies and called my son immediately to come get them.
I could have waded through those in nothing flat I like them so much.
And I'd bet your home made cookies are even better.
But alas, I must pass. My loss, big time.
But I bet if anyone hear bought enough of the cookies from your daughter, you'd fix some of your home mades for them just out of appreciation.
