Did you ever get things worked out with that home contractor?  I can't remember if I gave you that other guy's name and number, but he's a great builder if you need someone to help.

I got that slack bastard to quit ON TAPE. I recorded it so when we go to court to sue his sorry ass, I'll have what he said verbatim ' I cant afford to do that job for what I quoted you, I just cant'
I'm sure the judge is gonna love this guy.
