Tuesday morning around 1am I filled up at 19th and SantaFe here in Moore for $2.33/ gal. The next night it was up to $2.59/gal.

I know it along with a few other factors are affecting the buisiness where I work, our head counts are down about 30% in the last few weeks, gas goes up to the predicted price and theres going to be some major layoffs, we'll still get the regulars in, but they alone won't be enough to cover the overhead.

I thought there was a deal passed by Bush that would not allow the price to go up over 10% of the price when a deaster hit? Or was i dreaming again?
