in stock now, they also have the 8.2 now. i luckly been stalking the site to get one, (i literally check it every 3-4 hrs) and low behold... i gotz it. now i just need the 8.2 in 300blk to finish my other build.

Can you order a short barrel without doing the NFA process, so long as you don't install it before you get your stamp?

Yes as long as your missing some component to complete the gun.

And yes, all I have is upper, my LGS has my DD mk18 lower. I'm just reselling from the 10.3 barrel to a 10.5 to clear my sdn6.
