Our boy is 5 as of this weekend..... Just showed him a little thing we used to do with blackcats and an tuna can.... remove lid, empty can, poke hole in bottom of can, invert on the ground, insert blackcat and light fuse..... hehe it was all smiles
 (shoots up about twenty feet in the air) go try it yourself.....

those are the things u remember when u get older. i dont remember a lot of the toys but things like that stick out in my mind from my youth.

Have the fuses gotten shorter, or have I gotten slower ? And imagine my consternation when I went to unravel a 200 pack of firecrackers and found knotted thread holding them together?? It has been about 15 years since I have bought any fireworks so I guess things have changed

the blackcats are ment to be used in the big packs. when u do one at a time its hard because the fuse is so fast. i like to use the fake m80s for the kids. the fuse is not so fast.
