Not "could," but "will"!  This is key to the Administration's plan to ram anti-gun laws through the Senate and part of the full scheme I believe - next best thing to an Executive Order.  Good luck contacting Gillibrand and Schumer on this.  I'm in exile/hell in this State...

It will be interesting to see how it plays out.  Many long time Senators are against it because they know they may be in the minority again.  It seems the Democrats are again thinking they have a permanent lock on power (the same mistake the Republicans make from time to time).
