I have not had a good one since my dept. switched insurance carriers. My current one (for now) has on his sign in form do you want to pray today?? I dont like this for two reasons. Oneis religion is seperate issue for me and two, the big one the get busy praying and the wait time goes way up. HMO suck in general. I use D.O.'s. Used to the would adjust your back and so forth, do treatments in their
offices..now everything gets refferd to a specialist.

Gary Dickinson, MD. He is located 16 and S. Kellee, the TPG building. Good guy, sharp GP, works games for the Yard Dawgz. I'm not much on docs but he is top notch in my book. If you schedule at10:00 AM, you may not get in until 11:00. He takes as much time as is needed with patients.
He has a "patient" practice, not a "clock" practice.

I use Douglas Haynes. He has a good sence of humor, and has a no bullshit approach to medicine. He is in with Canyon Park Medical Center on Bryant between 15th and 33rd.
