looking at the sp home defense anyone heard anything about these they look nice and has a good feel to it
but i have not shot one yet.

For about the same money maybe a little bit more you could buy a mossberg 500 or a remington 870 used and deck it out yourself. There are tons of replacement parts and aftermarket goodies for both guns. They have both sold millions of shotguns.
