Does anyone in here know of a cheap one.  We are getting my wifes citizenship paperwork and a cuban birth certifcate needs to be translated and certified and they want  150 bucks for one peice of paper.  wtf!!!

If you know Spanish just do it yourself.  I did when I was doing my wife's paperwork... then simply took the translation to get notarized (5 bucks or so) and I was done.   The notary does not care if the translation is accurate... if its not its your a$$ since after they stamp it its an official/legal document.
