I bought one too many lowers and I may have a buyer for it, do I need to do any paper work to sell/transfer my extra lower to a fellow VA resident?

Just want to make sure I am dotting my "I"s and crossing my "T"s.

Thanks!

NOTE look at post count

Where's Wedge?

j/k - person to person in VA no paperwork needed. Personally, I would have to know the person to do without FFL. Just my .02

If he backs out, let me know...not like I can't use another lower. I'm in scenic gun friendly Arlington.
