Hi all, My wife and I are in the very first stages of adopting twin boys that will be born in Idaho around May-June...

I have been reading a lot of stuff and it is obvious that you need a lawyer to handle this. Any good ARFCOM lawyers in Texas (Houston) that have handled out-of-state adoptions?

This will be a private adoption. The mother works for my wife's brother's wife's dad's company...

Also looking for experiences those have had going through the process. Looks like the .gov has gone to great lengths to prevent this from happening.
