Texting equates to a .12% BAC Not surprising at all. Talking on a cell phone is bad enough, but I'm always amazed when I see people text while driving. Every once in awhile I'll look to the lane next to me and see some knucklehead reading a newspaper or book

Course you can guess which municipal employee who is most likely to be seen yacking on the phone as they drive around town, and it ain't the firemen |

My co-worker constantly gets those cell phone tickets. I've told him many times that he should just buy a high-end radio with integrated Bluetooth... it will save him money.
I refuse to answer my phone while driving. That's what voicemail is for. |

And I almost got hit by one the other day. I was driving in a traffic circle and the "municipal employee" almost failed to yield and it would have ment me getting t-boned. I looked up and cop on a cell phone. |
