Just returned helping Metalman build his latest reactive target design...wow..pretty cool.  

I look forward to see what the heck you will create for the next MODCC shoot!  

Just got back from the range, met Cutter75 and his friend out there, MouseGun showed up for a bit, the steel as usual PLINGED nicely... we just need to tune the pitches so we can do melodies. he

Well today was fun!!!
I want to thank Shi-Huang-Di and BetaMO, for all the Guiness and cigar smokin we had to do to actually make this structure!!! HAahahaha!!

The reactive setup was fun as well! I am now convinced that these targets will undergo a lot of punishment...so I'm gonna make a LOT of them!!!

Of course I was so into shooting I didn't even bother to take a pic of the frickin setup, but this is kinda what it looked like:

12 targets could be had with this setup. It was easy running up and down them on the 50yd range.
I'de personally like to see 60 targets that two people would be shooting at, at the same time!!! First one done WINS!!!

Cutter had to get up an close with the targets, and then he tried at 50yds and hit about the same amount!!!

And at the end Cutter whipped out the nice CZ75 and had me spotting his 5 yard groups!! Nice spotting scope huh? I like the shot because the slide is back and you can see the case JUUUSt coming out!!

Overall I really am excited about this new space.

I want everyone to start thinking of different types of reactive shooting 'GAMES'; that we could do together.
I really like the 60 shoot idea, also time trials would be nice, as well as accuracy shooting (no miss kinda stuff). But you need to see if there are things I'm missing. I will work this all out in my head the next few days or so and hopefully we could have a bunch of different types of reactive shoots!!!

Regardless....the targets took quite a beating from a little bit of ammo. There will be upkeep and I will try to stay on top of it as best I can for as long as I can. As long as my boss will keep giving me all this free stuff we are in the clear!!!
I wanna thank Cutter75,Kevin, and BetaMO for helping shlep all that steel downrange!!! Man does it add up!!

I will post again when I can get out to the range, but in reality if there are those of you with trucks you could come by any time after 5 and pick up all the stuff from me if you want to take it out to the range yourself.
