Where, about , in NC was it "misplaced"? An exact SN would be helpful.  I don't get out much, except to work 70+ hrs. a week, but I do hear about..uh..."questionable" things for sale on the jobsite from time to time.

I'll "keep an ear out" for it.

Was it reported? If not it can be bought, and sold through FFL's. The sooner the better. If the gun is found not to be stolen, it can always be taken off the list.
