Ya know, in case I had a bunch of fliers I wanted to put up everywhere?

I don't want to get arrested, so if it's GTG, I'm gonna do some night ops.

It is in most cities in Texas, and there are laws about posting things in the r.o.w. of a state highway as well. If you get caught, you can be ticketed per flyer. Each flyer being up to a $500. class c misdemeanor offense, per day, that the flyers are out in violation...

That's working to hard!

Heck, just call for someone with the bucket truck!

As to the original poster, please don't staple crap to our poles.  Like it's already been said, it makes it a pain in the backside when we have to break out the hooks.

Costs nothing if you do it in a private place... such as WalMart / Lowes . . .. .

I've considered printing off a few hundred of these and placing them around towns....check your local laws, many places will allow X number of fliers per street..

People do it constantly, just don't get caught.
I've thought of taking a tour through some of the more progressive areas of houston to check out the outdoor artwork.

I'm a cop and i'd rather look at that than the graffiti all over the place.  Not to mention what you're doing is sending a positive message to the liberal california commies.

If i stopped you, i'd say dont do it anymore (non written warning), turn my back so you can continue doing a fine pro american anti commie socialistic job.

(i live in houston, tx btw)

Yes its illegal in the city where I live.

It also looks like shit and makes the neighborhood look trashy.

Yeah. What he said.

Stick them in the ground. Most cities have an ordinance that prohibit signs on posts and poles.

Lost and found and for sale boards at the local grocery stores. There is always a bulletin board in the Student Union building. Taped to the side of a newspaper rack.

Improvise, overcome, adapt.
