Always a good topic. Whats your favorite Hamburger here in Washington. Yeah, I know Dicks makes a good one and there's lots of chain types like Red Robin, but whats your favorite "secret" spot for a good patty?

Road Trip wise, I like Mountain High Burgers off I-90 in Easton over the pass

We've got a few here in Camas/Washougal that are pretty good.

The first is Top Burger, which has great burgers, the best fries and yummy shakes.  Next up would be Old Fashioned Maid, good eats too.  And lastly would be Jett Burger who probably have the best burgers of the three, and many different types of burgers, but the setting is not as nice.

I also went to an In-and-Out while in San Jose this past weekend.  Burgers were nothing special, and menu was extremely limited, to say the least.  Had been anxious to give them a try, now I won't worry about ever going again.

I'll admit, they make a good burger ... but I'm not much a fan of fried beef patties, so I can't place it my overall top-places because ultimately, it was just a fried burger. I prefer mine to be cooked over fire.

Wally's in Buckley is pretty good. Especially their Marshmallow shakes.

Cubby's II in North Auburn used to be REALLY good. Then the owner wouldn't renew the lease so he could open a used car lot.

BURGER ROOKIES!! ok, In-n-Out is kinda personal for me so I will explain. For those who have never been They have a very limited menu, or so it seems. They in fact have a little known and rather extensive "secret menu" including but not limited the following, "the Flying Dutchman", "The Protien Burger", "Grilled Cheese", "Animal Style Burger" (my personal favorite), and "Animal style fries."
Also you can order you burger with as many meat patties and slices of cheese as you want by simply say any number by any number (4x4= 4 meat+4 cheese, 2x4=2 meat+4cheese.)

So the next time you're in ca, nv, or az or a Double Double animal style w/ Animal style fries, it's near orgasmic.

In-And_Out was, I do not eat red meat so i can't say, just funny how many people rave about a place that just sells plain burgers!

Also it is funny to watch folks post about loving "Dick's", sounds a bit off ya know.... LOL

Here is the stupidity of In & Out vs. Dicks.  They are two COMPLETELY different burgers.

Dicks is great, if you want a greasy spoon of a burger.  Awesome if you've been drinking, need to shit, or just want the grease in your blood stream.  They are damn good for what they are.

In & Out prides themselves on being clean.  While beaf and cheese = grease, the rest of the burger is very clean.  The lettuce and tomato are cut through out the day so it's never frozen or sitting around.
