I was going to bet it's one of the new LSA category aircraft (light sport aircraft)...
Sorta like ultralights on steroids - lots of restrictions (capacity, engine size, speed, etc) but allows folks to get into flying much cheaper (license and aircraft cost) than the standard single engine route.... Here is a nicer example - http://www.iconaircraft.com/ Edited to fix link above |
