Mine in Phoenix went up 25%
That is how they are going to make up for the drop in sales tax revenue.

Its because of school districts and fire districts no doubt, Since property values are down they have less money, so they raise thier rates to make it up.

Cornville has it right. This is why we make sure the assessed value of the property is reduced. If you did it right it's almost a wash.

Yeah we tried to vote against it in Phoenix just last month.... We lost. Apparently people like being taxed.
