In case anyone's interested, Ed's Gun shop on Hwy. 70 East, Newport (Craven Co.)  has XM855PD for $179.99 per 1000.  I work at the local range and have spoken to several people who've been using this stuff without complaint.  Just put 200 on stripper clips and it all looked fine.  If I get out to the range after church tomorrow I'll post a report.
