Please Contact Your State Senator Today!

HB1011, sponsored by State Representative Cory Gardner (R-63), is currently in the Senate State Affairs Committee and could be up for a vote as early as Monday, February 26.

HB1011, the "Castle Doctrine" self-defense bill, simply states that if a criminal breaks into yoattack.ur home or your place of business, you do not have a "duty to retreat." The bill also provides protection from criminal prosecution for those who defend themselves from criminal attack.

PLEASE CONTACT SENATOR ROMER AND
RESPECTFULLY URGE HIM TO SUPPORT HB1011!

Senator Romer can be reached at (303) 866-4852 or via email at [email protected].

Also, please contact your State Senator at (303) 866-2316 and respectfully urge him or her to support HB1011.
