A-Z guns
3258 Vineville Avenue, Macon
Decent selection lots of re-loading supplies, very nice guy that runs the place.  Most of my dealings are done here with Larry.

Howard Pawn and Jewelry
3171 Mercer University Drive, Macon
Huge selection of pistols and rifles, nice people.  This is my 2nd favorite gun store around here.

Firearms Traders warehouse
3565 Pio Nono Avenue
Macon, GA 31206-3035
Good selection of tactical to old military gun/gear.  The guys that run the shop will not give you the time of day unless you are LEO.  I don't go here anymore because of this.

Rifleman
7550 Hawkinsville Road, Macon
Large selection of old rifles.  Ok dude to talk to but way out in the middle of nowhere.

Ingleside Gun works
2342 Ingleside Avenue, Macon
Small selection but good people to talk to.  They just remodeled the store and it is look much better now.  They have a massive GSD that keeps guard on the place, she is an awesome dog.

*NOTE*  If you go to Ingleside gun works you have to check out Village Pizza just down the block. Freaking awesome Pizza.
Village Pizza
2395 Ingleside Avenue
Macon, Georgia 31204

Eagle Gun Range
109 Woodfield Drive
Macon, GA 31210
decent range and prices, ok selection. The people did not seem to interested in trying to sell me a 1911 in the case.

*If I did not list a shop, it is because I have not been to it.

Not a fan of Eagle Gun Range.  After I was told I couldn't bring my "Assault Rifle" into their store I never went back.

I love the guy at The Rifleman,

eh, I still frequent Firearms Traders, he has always treated me right, I'll agree with all the other recommendations except for the Rifleman, not really a favorite for me, one raw deal is enough.

Like to go here to browse used stuff.  Never been looking for anything new when i've been there so don't know how they are on prices.  They seem friendly.

Don't like the attitude here.  Would rather talk to his friend than help a customer.

Nice people.  Class III dealer with lots of cool toys. Usually away at gunshows on the weekends

I've never had a problem with them, but have only bought accessories from them.

Only go here if you want to shoot pistols at an indoor range or you want ugrades to your Glock.  Glock parts were wholesale priced and installed free in the past. Haven't been there in a while for the same reason 99tarbox quit going.  They do rent handguns.

If you make it down to Warner Robins, Chuck's Gun and Pawn on Watson Blvd is ok.  They have been known to haggle and have a good selection of used firearms.

If you have not been there before the museum at Warner Robins is good as well.

If you don't mind going out of your way, a trip to Barrow's in Butler is worth it. He has just about everyting you could imagine, up to and including Barrett's.
