What did you think? I saw some WAY over priced SF gear. The one that really got me was the $60.00 price tag on the box of 15 SF 123 batteries that you can buy on their web site for $15.00! I also saw a Streamlight M3 for $189.00! Holy crap I need to start doing gun shows.

That's the reason why a lot of people don't go to them anymore.
A buddy of mine went there today and said he wasn't impressed at all. Is it true that they can't sell powder there anymore? |

I understand selling products at MAP (min. advertised price), but dealers there are selling items way over that price! I don't know about the powder, but didn't see any there....

I havent been to one in a long time. The last time I went was to pick up some 223 SA surplus. I was not surprised by the prices, too high.

i went today at around 9 to 9:30 and stayed there for about 3-4 hours looking around. if you where there you might have seen me......or not. i was wearing a black shirt with a silver neclace that has a .223 silver bullet.
i got a bipod for my ar15. i thought the gun show this time sucked. they didnt have alot of ar-15's. i want to know who let the people in that had a ceramics table set up! |

I got some Armalite receivers from Quantico and 500 rds. of Winchester 9mm from Dark Sun Importers. The 9mm was $50 for 500 rds. 115 gr. ball. Quantico had plenty of AR's and I saw a good selection of AR's at other places there. They didn't have the crowd that they normally have.

So Quantico Arms made it back down huh? Awesome, I stopped by their table last time and looked around but I was unemployed and only spending money in my mind. They did have a good price on XD-40's though, too bad I didn't have the Benjamins to spare!
I'll be hitting up the Richmond show though...but FYI it'll be cutting into my hunting season! |

I didn't go because I spent too much money on the EE last week. Sounds like I didn't miss a thing!

No, I'll drive back Saturday night. I have to leave for Bethesda on Sunday and I'm positive the wife will want me to spend some time at home before I leave. |
