I will be attending some carbine and pistol training next month with Tactical Response, and I need to do a little warm up.  Now that the G Falls pit is closed and the existing ranges do not allow drawing from the holster, transition drills ect. I need a place to shoot!!!  Any suggestions for the Seattle area?

That is what has most of us stumped. Them that knows are protecting their info, lest their secret spot become too popular. Otherwise, a long drive up to Darrington or Skagit County.

Take a walk around Hilltop in Tacoma.

I am hearing that Forest Service rd 63 is starting to become the new shooting spot in my neck of the woods.( I have not been out there in years, so maybe I will check it out this weekend)  There is a very small pit ( about 25 yds) off of forest service rd 6010 just past the power lines that would be good for what you want, but the pit is not really big enough to have more than 2 people use it, and the motorcycle crowd thinks that they own it for hill climbs ( two have died their in the last two years now).

I'm sure body armor would not hurt in that AO.
