Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Where can one go to do off roading/shooting, in a jeep in/around KC?

I have an old friend that has a Jeep that he wants to take off roading.  He said that he wants to get together, and do some shooting, and 4 wheeling, but I don't know of a place where we can do both.  

Do any of you Home Town people know of such a place?

you could shoot at swope park. thats where you hear the most gun fire around town
