April is safe.
Season starts on May 1st and ends on Nov 30 I think.
End of July to mid October is usually when we get them.
This year has been too weird.

I'm typing this while the Katrina is blowing 65+ mph out side my window.
One large palm tree on my front yard blew down about an hour ago and we still have about 4-6 hours to go.
Damn, thats the 3rd palm tree to blow down in my front yard in two seasons.

Just noticed in the paper that the PEAK isn't until next week.  Should be all downhill from there
