When we met in Bloomington, Marksman14 turned over his beloved pistol to our favorite custom gunsmith/ME student. Has anyone heard how it came out?

Basically, all guts had to be re-cut. Some of the parts, they just threw in without fitting. The parts they did fit, it appeared as if they did it all by hand.

Basically, the Gun Dr. completely fucked up the gun. I still have to go in there and ask for an explanation and a possible reimbursement of costs...

Anyways...as far as how it shoots....the pics are in the link, but hey, wtf might as well post em here too

To say I was satisfied with the way it turned out is the understatement of the century...

Good shooting, Marksman.

Good work, Miller Custom

Can you say "f*cked" here? I said "kink" and the whole thread got dosed.

And yes, I'm stupid enough to not realize the red letters in Kalishnakid -s's post were a link. I thought he was still celebrating ANOTHER WORLD SERIES WIN FOR THE HISTORIC ST. LOUIS CARDINALS.

Hahahahha, that shooting is compliments of Bob and his ransom rest.

If I could shoot like that at 50 yards with a handgun, I'd be teachin CAG how to shoot.

Yep.

Gave it to Robert Miller, and I've since shot the living daylights out of it, and its been 110%.

I'd have no problems putting it up against my USP Tactical or Glock 34 in a torture test. It runs like a raped ape.

Might as well sell both of them then. If you have a 1911 that runs 100% all the time, there is no reason to keep a double or safe action anything.

Man, I've got to get my pistol to Miller!!

Glock= great gun to throw in the bag when out camping- don't care if its beat up, etc.

HK= never shot DA anyways, holster I have for it doesn't allow me to carry it like that anyways...and the match trigger is sweet.

They all serve a different purpose. Can't wait for the HK45.
