Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - What's in the Bowling Green AO?

Getting my VA voc rehab stuff finalized, and MIGHT try Ky in the Bowling Green area.

Just need to know if there are places to shoot at least 200 yards, and how the CCW and self defense laws are.

And of course the cost of living!! Would be looking for a 2-3 bedroom house to rent.

Any help is appreciated!

I don't know about the BG Area for ranges, but KY has very gun friendly laws. Open carry requires no permit, CCW is $65 for 5 years and very easy to obtain, You can't shoot a guy for stealing your TV but if you are in fear for your life blast away. Class 3 is also welcome here. Bowling Green is just down the road from Knob Creek.
