I'm willing to setup group buys on just about anything, but what are people interested in? EOTech sights? Eagle Industries gear? SureFire lights? ESS goggles/glasses? MagPul gear? Black Hills ammo? Hatch gloves/gear?
Let me know. |
I need an EOTech!
ammo! AK parts kits or recievers! so we can have an OR build party/kegger! Binary explosives? C&R Rifles - ship them all to one persons house (C&R holder) something for 10/22s, a lot of people have em Gold Chains Energy Drinks Smoked Salmon just ideas |

AMMO!!!!! AMMO!!!!! AMMO!!!!! AMMO!!!!! AMMO!!!!! AMMO!!!!! AMMO!!!!! AMMO!!!!! AMMO!!!!! AMMO!!!!! AMMO!!!!! |
308 ???
It's gotta be something people will actually buy in volume! |
Tac. Sol. bbls - Ruger Mk or Buck Mark
Buck Mark .22 HK UPS Tacticals Mags for above Ammo (.22lr, 9mm, 45acp, .223/5.56, .308) edited to specify the ammo. |
Seriously, some good .223. Not like match grade stuff, but not wolf either. I'd be in for 10k rds.
Don't see how ammo group buy is going to work with you being 500 miles away from most of the members on here. Shipping ammo an't cheap.
I need an ACOG!
Ammo! 147grn 9mm subsonic like xm9002a, or USA9JHP2, or Federal 9MS. 223 XM193 and .308. 10/22 stuff like light weight barrels that are threaded for cans, mags, stocks, extended mag release. A BCM upper 16" Government Profile, Mid Length Gas, Flattop. MagPul Ranger plates, followers. Tac. Sol. bbls - Ruger Mk or Buck Mark Buck Mark .22 Mags for every gun under the sun. |
.308 ammo for sure if it can be had for less than what's at ammoman.com I may even be tempted to splurge for some Black Hills.
Surefire that fits an AR (many configurations, we'd have to settle on one). |
those sound good 2 me |
Bulk ammo for MG shoot. Bulk discount, and you won't have to lug it all the way to Joseph. Hmmm? 5.56, .308, 9mm? |
If the price is right, I'd be interested in some Q3131A.
I'd also go for a pair of the ESS ICE glasses. I was thinking about getting some of those recently. |
I'd be in for some .308 or .45 ACP or .223. Figure it won't hurt to get the ammo cheap and get the rifles later.
Heck maybe even large quants of .22. ETA: Surefire light sounds interesting too + batteries. |
Surefire M500A for Carbine length AR
Anything 10/22 Mags for everything Eagle Industries Stuff HAtch Stuff |
Careful - a C&R holder is allowed to purchase C&R rifles for their own personal collection ONLY. It's not a license to do business in C&R rifles, nor is it supposed to be used to help other people purchase rifles. We don't want to get someone here hammered for something like that. |
I've got a NIB one for sale.... |
Me and a buddy would be interrested in lots of ammo (remember there will be more browns camp and melopose sp? shoots coming up)
.223 wolf or winchester or pmc south african surplus .308 aussie or simular 9mm 8mm 7.62x54R 7.62x39 |
those have my interest, especially the BCM middy upper
youre right, i wasnt really thinking too far, its a collectors license, NOT dealer. Thanks for reminding me. However, we could probibly do it in ARFCOM LAND... I just want a couple cheap shooters |
so get a C&R. It's like, $30 for three years... |
Jarvis threaded barrels for XYZ.
I'd like three one for my P226 and one for P220, and one for my Browing BDM. |
+1 for kimber and Glock 21 for future Can. (Sorry, not the GB one) |
Get back in your box... Actually, what kind of bulk discount could we get on, say, 20K rounds of 5.56? Have it delivered to Joseph in time for the shoot. Attendees could bring back ammo for anyone who orders it but doesn't attend the shoot... just a thought. |
A couple HK-21's and an FN P90?
.223 & .308 SUB-SONIC and tracer Ammo Well you said ANYTHING. Pat 07/02 |
I'd really like to know this too, but not sure where to go to get a quote like that. I would have been in for prolly 10k but just commited to a can so that takes me down to 2-4k depending. Any suggestions on where to go for a quote? |
Gee only 2-4K? I meant like 20K total, but maybe I underestimated... |
What did you estimate? Do you already have prices for ammo? |
If we're going to do a group purchase of ammo, do it through outdoormarksman!
They have competative prices, plus their warehouse is in Salem, NO SHIPPING!! I wonder what a pallet of 223 would cost? |
I'd have to second that - they've got a purchasing and distribution system already setup. Ammo could then be transported from Salem to the shoot for people that aren't on the I-5 corridor. |
Fixed it for ya |
No the estimate was for how much might need to be ordered. I have no idea what price, or where it would come from. Also, outdoor marksman's prices seemed decent, but not stellar... |
Other than Federal American Eagle brand, all of outdoormarksman's .223 ammo stock combined is less than a pallet full. Because of the ammo shortage and prices I was looking at .223 reloading dies today. Maybe we need a group buy there. |
Dallas Reloading has some good prices on .223. NORMALLY, its good stuff, but a recent review was not good. Worth looking into though, I've personally shot 2k rds of it with only a couple of problems.
Not always the best, true, but, there are a couple potential bonuses to using them: They're a local major-player ammo distributor. They're an ar15.com Industry Partner If someone were to contact the folks there and work to arrange a big group-buy, maybe we can acheive stellar prices... Obviously, this is said without knowing what kind of markups ammo has, but the whole idea of a group buy is to pool our resources to make one big purchase and acheive bulk pricing, right? How many cases does a pallet hold? |
I could do a group buy on any of the Black Hills ammo. They're not the cheapest, but they make quality stuff. IF we did at least a 10k order, the "remanufactured" 55gr .223 would be around $200/1k, including shipping. I don't have the 2006 price list, so I'm making an educated guess base on the old price list.
If people are interested in Black Hills ammo, I'll get an accurate price. I'll check on pallet load price, too. |
I'd get a quote on 250k and 100k. Were the price right, I myself would be in for 10k and perhaps others would be too.
ETA: as you may have read, we're buying locally BH blue box @ 209 per 1k. |
OK, I'll get the pricing. I wonder how much space 250k rds. takes up..... |
Quoted:
I'd get a quote on 250k and 100k. Were the price right, I myself would be in for 10k and perhaps others would be too. [\quote] +1 |
I'd be up for Black Hills ammo .308 or .223.
I also would like an ACOG. |
+1 on OMC Back in DEC I realized they were 1min away from my work |
