1.4s is 1000lbs total, not N.E.W.

thousand lbs of NEW in small would be around 275,000 rounds, or around 4 pallets or a lot of weight

Isn't the tunnel entirely in VA? Once you pass the tunnel heading north isn't there 50 more miles in VA before you hit the MD state line?
